Air Mount Technic

Air Mount Technic Ltd. is a Thai registered company with it’s primary production facility located in Thailand with branches in Hong Kong and Vietnam.

The company’s primary focus is designing and manufacturing practical cost-effective parts and components for the aviation industry. The company founders have been involved in various aspects of the aviation industry over many decades and saw firsthand the spiraling costs associated with increased consolidation within the industry. Having owned and run an independent aircraft MRO, we experienced firsthand the difficulties and constraints placed on the industry by OEMs and the exorbitant cost increases that this inevitably resulted in. Not only was pricing more expensive, but supply was also restricted. In effect, operators are given only one option; Pay more and Wait Longer!

Naturally, our belief is that this situation is neither acceptable nor necessary. Our attitude has always been that life does not need to be so complicated and our mission quickly became one of creating an alternative to the price gouging by the OEMs. Thus, in 2021 we formed Air Mount Technic and set to work creating a place where solutions could see the light of day. We opened our first facility in a warehouse on the outskirts of Bangkok, Thailand and have steadily grown since then. With the help of the Thai government, we were able to secure tax and investment privileges from the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) and thereafter started the certification and manufacture of our first PMA part. In the period since then, we have expanded and moved to a purpose-built facility in Northern Bangkok.

First and foremost, we are a rapid research and prototyping house. Once we identify a market need, we will engineer and manufacture a prototype to an identical standard. In essence, we will manufacture a PMA prototype part that is identical to the OEM part in form, fit and function. In addition to a series of material and lab tests, we prepare a detailed certification package for submission to the appropriate regulatory authority for approval. Our primary focus has been on Class 3 parts – namely high-volume consumable parts used in everyday aircraft operations. PMAs remain our core focus although we also offer STCs as well as a range of other aviation consumables.  

Our primary goal at AMT is to provide a solution to a problem. That is what has guided us since the beginning and is why we now offer a range of other services and products aside from our core PMA products. These range from consumables (Aero-Wipes) to GSE (Aero-Jolt) as well as a host of other aviation related products.
